In her role as a communications coordinator, Franceli streamlines processes, crafts workflows and supports strategic goals to expand the reach of Lumos Transforms. As the certification coordinator, she ensures seamless program delivery, providing support to participants throughout their journeys.
As a Los Angeles native, with a BA in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles, and certification in wellness and nutrition, Franceli combines her understanding of human behavior, social dynamics and systemic influences with her knowledge of holistic wellness principles. This interdisciplinary background equips her to address diverse needs within Lumos Transforms, bringing a nuanced perspective to her work.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Franceli finds immense joy and purpose in motherhood. Her two children inspire her with a sense of balance and remind her of the importance of personal healing. Being able to embody curiosity, presence, and love through her experience as a mother enriches her life and fuels her passion for growth and connection.
