By pairing modalities such as The Resilience Toolkit, cognitive behavioral therapy, massage, Emotional Transformation Therapy, hypnotherapy, and more, our expert facilitators will tailor every session to meet your goals and needs.
What to expect: After an initial consultation session, your practitioner will collaborate with you to develop a completely bespoke treatment plan that works for your specific situation, budget, and schedule. Our #1 priority is your safety and comfort. We know that what works for one person may not work for another, so we are constantly evaluating your comfort; making sure you feel safe and empowering you to set appropriate goals, give feedback, and ask for what you need.

Intro to The Resilience Toolkit is a 3-part workshop series recommended for people who are ready to develop a stress reduction practice with professional support and guidance. Explore the physical, mental, emotional, and relational effects of stress, and gain simple strategies for quickly reducing stress and growing resilience over time. Each session will include instruction, practice, reflection, and generous time for questions and discussion in an intimate small group format.
Deepen your practice and support healthy habit formation with The Resilience Toolkit Practice Group. This subscription-based offering gives people who have taken an Intro series or worked privately with a Certified Facilitator the opportunity to receive support and accountability as they continue their Resilience Toolkit journey. Participants may attend 4 facilitated group practice sessions per month for one low monthly fee. Sessions are 45 minutes each and each meeting is limited to 8 people. Choose times that work for your schedule. Cancel anytime.
We believe support and relief should available to all people, regardless of their ability to pay. This is why we offer free and low-cost single classes and provide payment plans and full scholarships to our 3-part workshops. To obtain a scholarship to a group offering, simply select the option during checkout. Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
