Christina Crabtree (she/her) is the Director of Operations and Director of People and Culture at Lumos Transforms. 

As an undergraduate at UCLA, Christina began her career interning at Mattel Toys and The Walt Disney Studios while earning her BA in English. Working in Government Affairs, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Merchandising, she gained experience in all aspects of the consumer products and entertainment industries. This experience sparked her creative passion and led her to pursue a degree in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. 

Through working in boutique apparel and advertising companies, Christina honed her skills in business operations including finance and human resources. 

Having a child with special needs led Christina to reassess her career goals. She was drawn towards working with a nonprofit organization gaining experience in fundraising for public programs benefiting children and families. The desire to be of service while raising young children inspired Christina to seek self-employment as a certified reflexologist, yoga and meditation instructor. 

Christina merges her passion for transformational modalities with her experience in corporate operations.  She is a passionate advocate for healing and raising social consciousness through art, astrology and oracle card readings. 

Christina lives with her two teenage children in Monrovia, CA
