Anchoring Resilience for Turbulent Times
A free workshop for people living in a stressful world.
Why should I attend?
Attend this live, online workshop if you are affected by collective health, social, economic, or political circumstances, OR if you’re dealing with personal stress such as relationship or family issues, work concerns, health struggles, or other stressful situations. Get relief and reconnect to a sense of hope.
Is there a catch?
No. When you register for the workshop, simply fill out your information. We will send you a confirmation and reminder email before the session, and then a follow-up email after. You can elect to be added to our mailing list if you wish, but we will not add you without your permission.
The framework used at:
We’ve collectively been through a lot. Between the coronavirus pandemic, civil uprisings, economic insecurity, political instability, and recent climate events – many people are struggling and searching for ways to make sense of things. There is so much uncertainty before us. We’re collectively searching for ways to make sense of things, create new normals, and ultimately affect change.
When you combine these larger sources of stress with individual triggers like relationship problems, work concerns, family dynamics, illness, or grief – the stress can truly be overwhelming.
Join us in a free online space to validate what you’re feeling, understand the variety and intensity of your responses, and learn some concrete strategies to connect to an inner source of safety, even when things feel chaotic.
The challenges and changes ahead can feel insurmountable, but when we are able to effectively access relaxation we are more available for connection and creative problem solving, and we increase our capacity for healing and collective liberation.
Live closed captioning available for select sessions. Contact us for more information.
