She holds a BA in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles, and is also a certified wellness and nutrition coach. As a lifelong learner, she continuously seeks opportunities to expand her skills and nurture personal growth. Driven by a strong dedication to cultivating safe and supportive environments, Franceli consistently deepens her understanding of trauma-informed practices. By integrating this invaluable knowledge into her role, she ensures that both colleagues and clients experience a secure and nurturing atmosphere.
