The Resilience Toolkit Facilitator Certification Program
A professional training program for those who want to support others in healing from stress and trauma.
What It Is
The Resilience Toolkit Facilitator Certification is a 56-hour professional training that offers a powerful combination of embodied practice, applied science, and social justice frameworks. You’ll develop a deep understanding of stress and trauma physiology while building the capacity to support others—safely and skillfully—on their healing journeys.
What You'll Learn
- How to identify and respond to stress, trauma, and relaxation responses—within yourself and others
- How historical, cultural, ecological, and systemic factors shape embodied experience
- How to teach Toolkit practices effectively to individuals and groups
- How to embody and model resilience in your own presence and facilitation
- How to integrate trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally responsive practices into your work
- How to support others in building sustainable, personalized Toolkit practices

Tender Love
A Trauma-Informed, Resilience-Oriented Learning Community for doulas, childbirth & lactation educators, and newborn care specialists.
What It Is
Tender Love equips doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and other non-clinical perinatal professionals with the tools to provide care that meets clients with skill, attunement, and respect.
What You'll Learn
- How to recognize and respond to stress and trauma in the perinatal experience
- How to foster resilience, safety, and dignity for birthing people
- How to offer care that is culturally responsive and justice-rooted
- How to build supportive networks among perinatal professionals
