In 2024, Lumos expanded the reach of The Resilience Toolkit while deepening the practice, relationships, and infrastructure that allow embodied change to take root.
We certified 34 new Resilience Toolkit Facilitators across six countries, grew the Lumos Community to more than 320 members in 19 countries, and worked with organizations and communities navigating trauma, transition, conflict, and systemic change.
Our 2024 Impact Report traces that work across facilitator development, community programs, organizational capacity building, and our own internal practice. It shares measurable changes in participants’ capacity for stabilization and discernment, lessons from our largest organizational capacity-building initiative to date, and examples of how the Toolkit is being adapted across cultures, languages, and contexts.
Across this work, the through line is capacity: helping people and groups respond to stress and trauma with greater awareness, choice, connection, and ability to act under pressure.
