What happens in the Intensive
Therapeutic vibration/tremor offers a way to process and metabolize traumatic experiences through the body. Participants will begin by identifying an experience they are ready to work with and will be guided to bring it into deep felt awareness before activating the therapeutic vibration/tremor.
As the body processes the experience through vibration and spontaneous, organic movement, participants will practice staying curious and accompanying themselves through the sensations, emotions, memories, and other responses that arise. We will invite in periods of intentional restorative rest, allowing time for processing and integration without pushing toward overwhelm.
We will drop into guided reflection and group discussion to make sense of the session and explore how your relationship to the original traumatic experience has shifted.
