The Resilience Toolkit Facilitator Certification – Cohort 19 Enrollment

Become a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit
The Resilience Toolkit Facilitator Certification prepares people who are already holding others to do that work with greater steadiness, discernment, and sustainability.
This is a cohort-based professional training for practitioners, organizers, educators, clinicians, and facilitators who need embodied practices that hold under real conditions of pressure—political, institutional, and relational. The focus is on personal healing AND building the capacity to stabilize stress and trauma responses, restore choice, and support collective work over time.
Certification supports participants to skillfully teach and integrate the Resilience Toolkit within organizations, communities, and movement contexts, with attention to ethics, power, and real-world application.
Program Structure
The certification is delivered fully online and includes:
- Supervised 1:1 mentoring and case consultation
- Small-group learning and facilitated discussion
- Recorded lectures within an interactive learning platform
- Peer and independent practice sessions
- Personal practice and reflective writing
Participants join a dedicated cohort learning space and gain access to the Lumos Transforms Community for ongoing connection and support.
