Tapping for Transformation – June 18, 11am PT/2pm ET/6pm UTC

Tapping for Transformation: Working with Activation in Real Time
The work you’re carrying doesn’t pause when things get hard. It asks you to stay present, make decisions, and relate to others even when your system is under strain.
This is a monthly practice space using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, to work with activation as it’s happening—so you have more room to choose how you respond.
Tapping combines focused attention with gentle stimulation of specific points on the body. The structure is simple. What takes practice is using it in the middle of real situations, when something is at stake.
Each session is practical and participatory. You’re invited to bring something current—a conversation, a decision, a moment that’s still carrying charge—and work with it during the session.
Registration is for a single session. You can return in future months to work with new situations as they arise.
Facilitated by Cibele Sousa, a licensed marriage and family therapist and longtime Resilience Toolkit facilitator. She teaches tapping as something to be used in real conditions, with attention to pacing and to what each person’s system can work with.

Sliding Scale
Lumos uses a sliding-scale pricing model grounded in class solidarity. This is one way we redistribute resources so people can participate based on what they have access to, not just what things cost.
- Actual Cost – $35 (10 spots available)
- Reflects the full cost of the program, including fair wages for facilitators. For those with reliable income, savings, organizational support, or accumulated wealth
- Partially Supported – $20 (4 spots available)
- For those with limited or unstable income where paying the full cost would create strain. Choosing this option helps keep the program accessible while sharing in its sustainability.
- Fully Supported – $0 (1 spot available)
- For those experiencing financial hardship, including challenges meeting basic needs such as housing, food, or healthcare. This option is part of how the community makes participation possible across different material realities.
Spots are first-come, first-served.
