Deepen your understanding of The Resilience Toolkit’s framework for healing and expand your personal resilience practice in this 2-part, follow-up workshop. This online series of classes teaches you how to better recognize and respond to symptoms of stress in the body and how to choose from The Toolkit’s complete suite of mindfulness and movement tools in order to promote relaxation and nervous system regulation.
In this follow-up series, you will:
- Deepen an embodied awareness of personal stress, trauma, and relaxation responses.
- Improve ability to appraise stress and trauma responses appropriateness to environment and situation
- Cultivate strategies to regulate persistent, harmful, and/or distressing stress system activation.
- Begin a regular practice of The Resilience Toolkit to build internal resources and external resilience over time.
