Community Chat with Nadia Chaney

Nadia Chaney has been a community arts facilitator for 26 years and has facilitated over 2200 events of all different kinds, in all kinds of places. Those numbers make her laugh, each creative encounter is its own universe – incomparable and whole. But somehow the numbers matter, too. Because there are are patterns and evolutions that have appeared over the years. She is also a painter and poet, and she is obsessed with the study of the nature of Time. Nadia is a queer, middle class, able bodied first generation Indian woman who currently lives on Algonquin territory in Ottawa Canada. She lives right beside the Ottawa River and loves to visit there every day she can.

Join us for our next Community Chat! We’re thrilled to have Nadia Chaney joining us as our special guest. We’ll dive into a deep discussion for 30 minutes followed by a 15-minute Q&A session where you can ask your burning questions.
