The coronavirus p

The coronavirus pandemic has stirred up so much for all of us. You may be experiencing a variety of emotions and responses right now – anxiety, anger, hopelessness and also compassion and the urge to connect. This is appropriate and normal, especially since regular life has been upended and things have been changing so quickly.

With so much uncertainty before us, we’re collectively searching for ways to make sense of things and create new normals.

Join us in a free online space to validate what you’re feeling, understand the variety and intensity of your responses, and learn some concrete strategies to connect to an inner source of safety, even when things feel chaotic.

The challenges and changes ahead can feel terrifying, but when we are able to effectively access relaxation we are more available for connection and creative problem solving, and we increase our capacity for healing.

We are proud to offer this webinar free of charge however, donations are extremely appreciated. We are a small business, and anything you contribute will help us sustain and expand this offering. If you’re able, please elect to include a donation. We suggest $10, but anything you are able to give will help us reach more people during this difficult time!

After registering, please make sure to check your email for confirmation. You’ll find instructions for joining the webinar inside. We will also send a reminder email 1 hour before the class.

If you have any questions before then, please email us at info@lumostransforms.com.
