Introducing The Toolkit Tune-up.
Check-in, refresh, and expand upon the personal resilience practice you began in The Resilience Toolkit. This workshop is meant for those who seek to renew their commitment to practicing the tools in The Resilience Toolkit and those who could benefit from more personal attention and accountability in their practice. Deepen your embodied awareness of personal stress and relaxation cycle. Improve your ability to choose and practice appropriate mindfulness and movement strategies for each tier of the stress cycle.
Some great questions regarding your Toolkit practice to bring to this workshop are:
- What is going well?
- What is challenging?
- What do you have questions about?
- What are you learning about your nervous system?
Prerequisite: Completion of the 3-part introductory series of The Resilience Toolkit (in-person or online) or referral from a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit.
